IAFE Convention 2024 Early Information

Phoenix Convention Center

SCHEDULE NOTES
November 30: Registration will open at 6 p.m.
December 1 will kick off full-on with workshops starting at 8 a.m.
December 4 will feature a closing party until about 5 p.m.
December 5: CPP workshop and Experiences/Tours

 

HOTELS
There will be five official hotels, with rates ranging from $138 to $189 + tax (at the HQ hotel). Hotel reservations for the official block (and please book in the block) will open on June 3rd.

 

REGISTRATION

Registration will open on July 1st.

Early Bird Online Registration*: $457 (4 days)

Online Registration+: $538 (4 days), $390 (2 days), $195 (1 day)

On-site Registration: $604 (4 days), $440 (2 days), $220 (1 day)

*Early Bird Online Registration runs through October 1

+Online Registration runs through November 1


Add-On’s:
- CPP: $165/person
- Board Governance: $125 pre registration/$150 on site
- Raisin for a Reason: Tables range from $1,200 to $1,500 (depending on whether the table seats 8 or 10), and tickets are typically $125 before the pre-registration deadline and $135 on-site. This is subject to change, however.

 

TRAVEL

The Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport code is AZA and is 45 minutes away. An Uber from this airport starts at $45, and a Taxi starts at $98. The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport code is PHX and is 4 miles away. We have partnered with Delta and United Airlines for discounted flights. Click here to learn more.
